These draft terms cover the Logmast pilot operated by Albris LLC. Pilot customers also sign an order form, which takes precedence where the two differ. Reviewed terms will replace this page before general availability.
Using Logmast
You may use Logmast to collect, process and monitor data from systems you operate. You are responsible for what your services send and for keeping credentials safe.
Plans, allowances and billing
Each plan includes an event allowance and a retention period. When an allowance is reached, ingestion is limited as described on the pricing page with no overage charges.
Your data
You own your data. We process it only to provide the service, and delete it at the end of its retention period or within 30 days of your account closing.
