Privacy policy

This policy explains what Albris LLC ("we") collects when you visit logmast.com or use Logmast, and what we do with it. It is a working draft for the pilot and will be replaced by a reviewed policy before general availability.

This website

The marketing site does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. The pilot request form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam. When you request access we receive the details you type into the form and use them only to reply to you.

The Logmast service

• Account data: names, email addresses and authentication factors for the people you invite.
• Customer data: the logs, failure reports and health results your services send. You control what is sent, and configured fields are redacted before storage.
• Operational data: request logs we keep to run, secure and bill the service.

Customer data is kept for the retention period of your plan and then deleted. We do not sell data or use customer data to train models.
