Questions about billing

Something else? hello@logmast.com

What happens when we reach our event allowance?

Ingestion rejects new events when either the event or payload-byte allowance is exhausted. Retryable duplicate submissions do not consume more allowance. Existing evidence remains searchable within your retention period.

Do you charge per seat or per service?

The listed plan prices depend on accepted events, canonical payload bytes and evidence retention. There is no per-seat price.

Can we go over the cap if we need to?

No. Logmast enforces hard event and byte limits and does not charge overage.

Can I purchase these plans now?

Paid checkout is being prepared. These are the planned monthly USD prices, not an offer to take payment today. The management API reports current purchase availability. The trial lasts 14 days with 100,000 events and 512 MiB, and never automatically becomes a paid subscription.

What counts as an event?

One event accepted by the ingest API. The canonical payload size also counts against the byte allowance. Repeating an already accepted event with the same immutable identity and content does not count twice.

Collection uses the ingest API or an in-process reporting SDK. The management API supports agents and the console supports people.
